WebCam Monitor - программа для использования камеры в режиме
традиционной Web-камеры. Основные возможности Webcam Monitor:
обнаружение движения и шума, настройка запуска мониторинга по
расписанию, запись видео-аудио или фотографий, отправка уведомлений на
указанный e-mail, выгрузка записанных файлов на фтп, удаленный просмотр
видеонаблюдения. Для связи с FTP-сервером программа может сама
дозвониться до заданного провайдера, если нет постоянного соединения с
Интернетом.
